It depends on what's actually wrong, and we won't guess over the phone. A running toilet and a collapsed sewer lateral are very different jobs. We give you the price up front once we've seen it, so there are no surprises after the work is done.

Often it can be repaired — a thermocouple, thermostat, heating element, or gas valve is a much smaller job than a replacement. But if the tank itself is leaking, or the unit is well past its expected life and rusting through, replacing it is the honest answer. We'll tell you which one you're looking at rather than selling you a new heater by default.

The tell is usually multiple fixtures backing up at the same time — a toilet that gurgles when the washer drains, or water coming up in a shower when you flush. A single slow sink is normally a local clog. Repeated backups across the house, or sewage smells in the yard, point to the main line, and that needs a real repair rather than another cabling.

Yes. We repair and replace gas piping and run new lines for stoves, dryers, water heaters, and outdoor grills, and every line gets pressure tested before it goes back into service. If you smell gas right now, leave the building and call the gas company first — then call us.

Yes, we install customer-supplied fixtures. We'll also check the shut-off valves and supply lines underneath while we're there — on older homes those are usually corroded, and it's much cheaper to replace them during the install than after one breaks.

Usually not. A humming disposal is typically jammed rather than dead, and that's often a quick fix. If the motor has actually burned out, replacing the unit is straightforward — and we'll check the drain connections underneath while the unit is out.

Yes. Most of our work is residential, and we also take small commercial jobs — shop and office restrooms, break rooms, and appliance hookups.
